Yokoyama 50 White Junmai Daiginjo

Iki Island, located in the northern regions of Nagasaki Prefecture, is a registered Japanese heritage site. Its mineral-rich waters were used to brew some of the first barley shochu. It is also the founding location of Omoya Sake Brewery in 1924. The brewery uses Iki Island sourced Yamadanishiki rice to brew sake that aims to be “loved and remembered by the world”.

Yokoyama 50 White Junmai Daiginjo has a fresh Muscat grape aroma and its sweetness spreads across the palate. It pairs well with dishes like whitefish carpaccio and cream cheese dips.
