Tasting Notes from Sake School of America Specialist:
Aromas of banana, cantaloupe, candied orange, and coconut milk gently grace the nose with hint of chestnut. This semi-dry sparkling Nigori displays a very gentle and fine mousse on the palate with a refined, smooth mouthfeel. Slivers of Nigori (sake lees) quietly melt on the palate like snowflakes. The finish is light, smooth, clean and crisp. Try pairing this with your favorite hearty winter dishes.

They proudly implement both modern and traditional brewing methods across their various sake
