The Noguchi Naohiko Sake Institute is named after one of the premier sake brewers in Japan. Known as “the God of Sake Brewing”, this brewery is the culmination of 70 years of Noguchi Naohiko’s sake brewing career. Opened in November 2017, the Noguchi Naohiko Sake Institute was so named in order to research Master Noguchi Naohiko’s techniques, mentality, and way of life in order to pass his teachings on to the next generation.
Elegant sake with a slightly long finish. Botanical scent of lush berries with refreshing acidity. As you hold it on your tongue, it presents a pleasant balance of umami and acidity with a soft mouthfeel, with a finish of fresh herbs.
