Hakutake Zenkoji


Rice Shochu is normally made with a mixture of steamed rice and rice Koji (rice inoculated with Koji fungus), however, Hakutake Zenkoji is made with 100% Koji and aged for 3 years which yields deep and rich flavors. Its light aroma enhances the delicate flavors of dishes like sashimi or nimono, while its bold flavor pairs well with rich foods such as yakiniku or deep-fried dishes.
