Ramen Salad
INGREDIENTS:
Frozen Ramen Noodles [Straight #43135 or Curly #43136]
Miyako Wasabi Yuzu Dressing [#23293]
Toppings
Frozen Cooked Pork Belly Chashu [#70442]
Frozen Kibun Kanizanmai [#73900]
Salad Greens (Lettuce, Mizuna, Radish Sprouts, etc)
Tomato
Boiled Egg
Corn
Lemon or Yuzu
DIRECTIONS:
1. Bring a large pot of water to boil and cool Frozen Ramen Noodles for 3 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water. Soak noodles in cold water. Drain completely.
2. Plate noodles on a bed of salad greens and top with various toppings. Serve with Miyako Wasabi Yuzu Dressing on the side.
