Undeterred by the surmounting constraints posted by Covid-19, Mutual Trading hosted the long-established the 2021 Japanese Food & Restaurant Expo VIRTUALLY. The 5-day program ran concurrently from three regional offices in New York, Los Angeles and Honolulu. From anywhere in the world, restauranteurs and retailers searched for new products, bought in on promotional sales, attended webinars, and most importantly, connected LIVE with suppliers on new ideas and collaborations.
