Sashimi-grade Mizutako, harvested from the pristine waters surrounding Hokkaido. Unlike the typically steamed Madako sold everywhere, Mizutako has a higher water content, hence its flesh is more succulent and tender compared to other octopus species. Thinly slice to enjoy as sushi, sashimi, shabu shabu, sunomono vinegared octopus salad. Lightly sear to add extra oomph in flavor.
