Restaurant Revitalization Fund (RFF) – This soon-to-be-implemented $28.6 billion grant is aimed at aiding the hard-hit restaurants and bars recover lost revenue due to the pandemic. $5 billion of the total is said to be set aside expressly for smaller businesses with 2019 gross receipts of less than $500,000. The plan calls for the first 21 days to prioritize business owners who are minorities, women, veterans, or are serving under-privileged clientele.
