These vegan Japanese-style curry flakes have a well-balanced flavor and spices that work well with vegan or non-vegan ingredients. This product does not contain any animal-derived ingredients. It is certified as a vegan product by the JAPAN VEGETARIAN SOCIETY. While most Japanese curries use wheat flour as an ingredient to thicken the sauce, this product does not use wheat flour but instead uses starch.
Cooking Tips:
- Flakes melt easily in hot water at 60-70 C (140-160 F). Be sure to turn the heat off when melting.
- Caking is natural in this product.
