Noguchi Muroka Namagenshu Honjozo

The Noguchi Naohiko Sake Institute is named after one of the premier sake brewers in Japan. Known as โ€œthe God of Sake Brewingโ€, this brewery is the culmination of 70 years of Noguchi Naohikoโ€™s sake brewing career. Opened in November 2017, the Noguchi Naohiko Sake Institute was so named in order to research Master Noguchi Naohikoโ€™s techniques, mentality, and way of life in order to pass his teachings on to the next generation. This sake has the light and refreshing sweetness of a pear with an accompanying fruity aroma. It initially hits with a freshness that is followed by rich umami and sweet fragrance that spreads across the palate. It goes down in a very refreshing way, making for a sublime, balanced drinking experience. It naturally pairs well with kaiseki dishes and Japanese cuisine but also pairs well with Yakitori ( Japanese grilled chicken skewers) and tomato sauce-based pizzas.
