Noguchi Muroka Namagenshu Honjozo

The Noguchi Naohiko Sake Institute is named after one of the premier sake brewers in Japan. Known as “the God of Sake Brewing”, this brewery is the culmination of 70 years of Noguchi Naohiko’s sake brewing career. Opened in November 2017, the Noguchi Naohiko Sake Institute was so named in order to research Master Noguchi Naohiko’s techniques, mentality, and way of life in order to pass his teachings on to the next generation. This sake has the light and refreshing sweetness of a pear with an accompanying fruity aroma. It initially hits with a freshness that is followed by rich umami and sweet fragrance that spreads across the palate. It goes down in a very refreshing way, making for a sublime, balanced drinking experience. It naturally pairs well with kaiseki dishes and Japanese cuisine but also pairs well with Yakitori ( Japanese grilled chicken skewers) and tomato sauce-based pizzas.
