Introducing fresh, uncured salmon roe –Nama Ikura. Typical ikura sold in supermarkets are cured with salt or sometimes pre-seasoned to retain its freshness. However, by flash freezing this superb quality ikura at an ultra-low temperature once detached from its skin, the freshness of each roe is maintained without having to cure the roe. This product does not contain any added salt or flavoring, and de-salting is not required. To use, slowly thaw in refrigerator.
